I really hate writing a bad review for a local business because life is hard as it is, but when you treat your customers unfairly and they feel taken advantage of, it's bound to happen. I took my car to Happy Dane's last year to have several things taken care of: diagnostics which resulted in the need for a new A/C compressor, and replacing the seals etc due to a bad oil leak. I was so happy with the work Marty did when replacing my compressor so I went ahead and took it back to have ALL of the oil leaks fixed at their quoted price (~ $700-800). It is an older vehicle, 2004 Honda CR-V so obviously it needed the attention. The car didn't leak for a month afterward. Then I noticed a puddle sitting under it one day so contacted the shop again and spoke to Tanya. She told me to bring it in. I figured they'd take a look and tell me they'd go ahead and fix the existing leak as WARRANTY work. They did not. They wrote up another estimate and wanted me to give them more money for an issue that was already paid for and should have already been taken care of. Tanya said something to the effect of "oh the leak you have now wasn't bad when we fixed the others." Riiiiiight... Because they get b

I had went to Happy Danes to get a leak checked out on my car. They were super friendly over the phone and told me I could come in immediately to get it checked out for free!! They were super fast to check it out and tell me what was going on. In the end it was just the AC condensation. I appreciate honesty as a new driver who doesn’t know too much about cars. I don’t recall his name, but one of the mechanics walked me back and showed me exactly what was going on. Not only that he was sweet enough to tighten a bolt that was causing an oil leak. I asked him some other questions about my car and he answered very detailed and honest and gave me his best advice. Thanks guys!

This independent shop is the best! I’ve been using them for my Toyota vehicles for I believe 10 years. They are by appointment only. They communicate, are on time, if something comes up they text or call. We have been really happy with them and their work. I would totally recommend them! A happy customer😊

I was a customer at Happy Danes for the year and a half I lived in Bend. I was very pleased with the work they did on my vehicle, as well as the stellar customer service. For example, on my last week in Bend I found out I needed an extensive repair done, and they were completely booked out. They were very generous to accommodate my schedule and squeeze me in so I could leave town on time, and they even checked in with me during my road trip to make sure my car was driving safely. I highly recommend Happy Danes to anyone looking for reliable and quality service.

We had the best experience at Happy Dane’s Quality Auto Repair , good honest people, with amazing work ethic! The owner Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, took great car if our car. We spoke to Tanya on the phone, she’s super friendly, and was able to get us an appt right away. The entire front office staff are fun and friendly! This is the only auto shop in Bend we use, and would highly recommend it!
